Hi! Jenni here! I absolutely adore books and reading and always had those few a little too well read and worn books lying around year after year that I just didn't have the heart to throw away! You know the ones I'm talking about; covers barely held on by a thread or completely missing, spines cracked and pages falling out. One day mid winter, just before Christmas, I thought what a better way to celebrate the life of a well loved book than to turn it into something new that I can enjoy again. And thus, my first book page and comic book page ornament were made and along with it A Novel Yesterday was born! Bringing new life to worn books, comics and manga by upcycling them into lovely sculptural art and decorative pieces for any book lovers home!
